A minimum of 4 killed in Russian shelling of Ukraine’s metropolis of Kharkiv, governor says

A minimum of 4 folks had been killed and 4 have been wounded in Russian shelling of Ukraine‘s second largest metropolis, Kharkiv, on Tuesday, the regional governor mentioned.
